After a long search for European real estate investment possibilities I found the city of Valencia and teh company called ValenciaProperty in it. The service we received was above our expectations.

Valencia Property helped us throughout the difficult process of buying a Spanish property (NIE, bank account, lawyer, payment issues, negotiations etc.). Highly recommended, reliable buy-side agency.

Also a plus is that I think a good sense of humor is in the TOP3 criteria for the admission interview of the employees. 🙂 Because this is also necessary if someone wants to buy or sell real estate in a mediterranean country.

ValProp has been extremely responsive, with good advice and extensive knowledge, providing huge and friendly help. After the first success, we extended our interest to the seaside cities between Alicante and Denia. VP was also great at this, too!

Na een paar jaar zoeken op idealista was ik het zat. In januari dit jaar dacht ik, ik ga een nederlandse makelaar zoeken. Toen kwam ik op hun site ons droomhuis tegen. Meteen de telefoon gepakt en Marije gebeld. Heerlijk gewoon in het rnederlands. Er was meteen een klik. Binnen een week waren we hier om ons droomhuis te bekijken. Wat een geluk hebben we gehad met valencia propeties. Er waren veel problemen met de verkopende partij, maar zij hebben alle moeite gedaan om het op te lossen. En dat is allemaal gelukt. Nu wonen wij in ons ,,paleisje,, heerlijk.
Geen seconde spijt om rsamen te werken met Valencia propeties. En heel veel dank aan Marije en Graham. Wat een inzet met liefde voor hun vak.

I have just purchased a property in Valencia in 6 short months after the first contact I had with Valencia Property. The service has been impressive and Jessica has been outstanding throughout, with realistic advice, insights and very responsive.

In April 2024 I had no idea where to start from, but after a short call with Jessica the plan was largely laid out. One visit to set up bank account, NIE, solicitors etc and in two visits later, I have found a property that's more than I initially asked for.

I was prepared to hit some glitches here and there but to my surprise, everything has been flawless throughout the entire process: pre-buying, buying and post-buying (take over services, online bills, builders for small repairs, etc) with the most stressful thing being whether I pack 1 or 2 t-shirts for the trip.

This has been an overwhelmingly pleasant experience with what is commonly understood as real estate agent. A genuine breath of fresh air and a relationship that has a personal feeling, not just transactional.

I would definitely recommend Valencia Property without a shred of doubt. In fact, I'll do it again, hopefully some time soon.

Marije and the whole team were amazing! Not only did she help me set expectations, but understood what I was looking for in an apartment and helped me find it. She was there for the whole process and it was much easier than I expected. Don't get me wrong, it's a stressful process and you need to have a thousand things in place. But having someone at my side who led me through all the steps made it much less painful. I as surprised by all the help I got even after I had bought my apartment. Thank you again!
