Tenerife Sun Properties was one of the many estate agents we contacted when we decided to sell our beautiful apartment. Francisco was the the first one to get in touch and we met with him the following morning. He took the time to really get to know us and learn what we wanted and why.

We are so glad that he was the first estate agent we spoke with. He gave us invaluable advise during our first meeting. He worked with us to set a price that we and prospective buyers would be happy with. He helped us understand the best way to present the apartment to prospective buyers. Furthermore, perhaps most importantly, he told us how to deal with other, less scrupulous estate agents, who, for example, may try underhand tactics to convince us to sell for less.

Tenerife Sun Properies was recommended by a friend. They invested a lot of time, to find the right property for us. Since we had very specific ideas about location, size, investment, etc. We thought it would take along time, especially we were only present for a short period of time, as we were on vacation. - When we descided to buy „our“ property we were really impressed about the „aftersale service“ . As foreigners, it is not as easy to understand Spanish laws and regulations. Through the entire process we were acompanied by Sun Properties and we had the feeling of being advised by friends.
Our house needed some renovations and we were recommended by Sun Properties a local architect who turned out to be perfect for our needs. Tenerife Sun Properties wurde uns durch einen Freund empfohlen. Die Firma investierte viel Zeit, um das richtige Objekt zu finden. Wir hatten sehr spezifische Vorstellungen über Lage, Größe, Investition, etc. Wir dachten, es würde eine lange Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, zumal wir nur eine kurze Periode anwesend waren (Ferien) - Als wir uns für „unsere“ Immobilie entschieden, wurden wir wirklich extrem positiv mit der Nachbetreuung überrascht. Für Ausländer ist es nicht einfach, die spanischen Gesetze und Regulierungen zu verstehen. Während des gesamten Vorgangs wurden wir durch Sun Properties begleitet und wir hatten das Gefühl, von Freunden beraten zu sein.
Unser Haus benötigte einige Renovierungen und durch Sun Properties wurden wir mit einem örtlichen Architekten zusammengebracht, welcher perfekt für unsere Ansprüche war. Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, daß Sun Properties sehr professionell arbeitet und wenn nötig, auch sehr persönlich. Niemals erwarteten wir so einen hervorragenden Service.
