Emanuel Joseph our new manager has been doing an amazing job. He is very efficient at his job. I had been tortured by a squatter living below me for 1 year. I’ve been a shareholder for 20 years and never had an issue with my neighbors or anyone.

He was banging his ceiling which is my floor all hours of the night. He didn’t work so he could care less about me needing to sleep and go to work to pay my maintenance.

Emmanuel Joseph was hired and got the squatter out within 5 months. I got my peace of mind and my home is back to being my sanctuary. I appreciate the work that he is doing here at Rosedale Gardens. He is always accessible to everyone. He walks the grounds daily. His presence is felt.

Emmanuel Joseph is an asset to our Rosedale Gardens Coop. If the board was responsible for hiring him I would like to say good job and thank you. He’s great.

Thank God we finally have a manager who does his job.

I have been living here since I was 14 years old.
Thank God we have a new building manager.
He has been doing a lot of cleaning up since the last manager.
He gives positive vibes compared to the last lady that left. Unfortunately, this guy left.
Now, we have a second new guy as the building manager. We have yet to meet him. Let's see how he works out, I have not yet seen any new change since the other guy left this month.

We've lived in Rosedale Gardens since 1977. Love the property and the location, however, the current manager in the office has horrible customer service skills. She's rude, and condescending to say the least. Who keeps voting her in is my question?

The manager behaves as a ignorant savage. Unprofessional to say the least. RG tenants need to band together and get someone else in who is more pleasant to deal with. Formal complain to follow - Everyone has a boss.

Unfortunately We have to deal with the management here. They have not done anything to help us regarding our parking situation knowing that the neighborhood is known for cars being broken into or side mirrors stolen. I have had my mirrors taken twice and I have been waiting for a parking spot going on 2 years now. They never have an answer other than wait for a letter to reach your apartment. The management is horrible and I recommend you stay far away from acquiring an apartment here. Do yourself a favor, look somewhere else.

Ms. Yelverston has to go, she is nasty and is always right even when she is not. The neighbors are great and so are the porters. I don't know how she has been there so long but a change is definitely needed.
