We have just bought our third property in Spain so we have known Martin, Tracy and Paloma for over 15 years. Each time we have bought and sold with them we have had nothing but excellent service. We choose to buy through them because they have good properties, honestly described (they show all the good bits and the not so good in their photos) and provide the most fantastic after sales service. Nothing is too much trouble. Buying abroad can be a scary business - we wouldn't trust our money with anyone else!

I cannot speak highly enough of Martin and Tracey who run the Oranges and Lemons estate agency. They are two of the most trustworthy, helpful and efficient individuals I have ever met. We made an offer for a property in Ador in March 2020 and, because of the pandemic, only moved in this month (June, 2021). Throughout that time, whenever I phoned Martin to check on the progress of the purchase he was always the epitome of patience and calm. My wife had a similar experience with Tracey: the latter dealt with our electricity and water bills once the property was ours in April and also organised the installation of broadband in the house once we had bought it but hadn't yet moved in. Even in the first week when we had some trouble with the house, Tracey stepped in and sorted it for us. Buying a house abroad is fraught with difficulties but Martin, Tracey and our excellent lawyer, Jose Luiz, never gave us cause for concern at any moment. I cannot recommend them enough.

We bought a property via Orange and Lemons 20 years ago. Over the years, they have helped with reccomending local tradesmen who have carried out work with a high degree of skill and efficiency. Helping me with seting up a bank account, including setting up direct debits for local rates, water and electricity. All though these activities, no payment was incurred, as Martin and Tracey indicated that it is all part of their service.

Today i needed a electrician, Martin sourced a tradesman, he arrived within 20 minutes and located and rectified the problem, at a very competitive price.

Just got home after a viewing. Martin was a great help and went out of his way to show us the area and help us put offer in. Hopefully we will soon be in our propery and living our dream. If i heard anybody else looking to buy i would certainly point them in the direction of oranges and lemon. A mention goes to tracy in the office aswell for her help.
