Muy poco serios y profesionales en MyGalicianHome.

He pasado 5 meses con ellos para comprar una propiedad por la que he hecho 3 ofertas y las tres han sido aceptadas a falta de arras. Con muy poca y mala comunicación por su parte, las tres veces han habido excusas peregrinas para no honrar la oferta y subir el precio.Tres veces entre Marzo y Julio. (Todo acreditable)
Finalmente, nos dicen que la venden por una oferta menor a la nuestra, pero que acepta condiciones "extraordinarias".
Enorme pérdida de tiempo y de otras casas que se nos pasaron en esos meses.

No trabajaremos nunca con ellos y no podemos recomendar MyGalicianHome.

We had been thinking about relocating from Costa del Sol to the north of Spain and we got very warm recommendations from friends to a real estate agent and we contacted them, My Galician Home with Ann Nee Lim.

We asked for them to find us the property to be our permanent home. We knew what we wanted, what would ”tick our boxes” and approxomate time frame.

The agent, Ann Nee Lim, who were very nice and positive to our ideas so together we started off a series of visits in the Pontevedra area
It took longer than we expected both to sell our property but also to find a house that would be our home and we went back and forth between Andalucia and Galicia many times but Ann Nee Lim, worked so hard and with such patience to match the properties in our wish-list.

Today we are very greatful she had an angels patience because the more houses we saw, the less important our boxes seemed to be, but she never gave up on us even if the houses that ticked the boxes didn’t touch our hearts and vice versa.

After finding a property of interest when we were back at our finca we asked her, if there were any chance she could view the property and show us on videocamera. Of course, she said and off she went! Thanks to her, we found our dream house. It didn’t tick a single one of our boxes but we had fallen in love with it!

We arrived in Pontevedra some 20 months ago with almost no-Spanish. We wanted to rent so we spent weeks looking for a suitable apartment with Ann and her colleague but we didn't see anything we liked. We decided to buy and remembering an apartment building in Pontevedra we looked through the internet before we left the U.S., so we asked Ann to enquire about it. She quickly contacted them, arranged to show the apartment. It was a brand new building so we didn't think the price was negotiable. "The worst thing they can say is 'no' so we should try" was Ann's response and got us the apartment with 3,000 euro less than the asking price. She worked with our attorney to make sure all is in order with the contract (she noticed things our attorney didn't noticed!), visually inspected the condition of the apartment and made request to the developer to fix it, and followed up thoroughly so that all utilities are turned on. If you ever bought real estates in the U.S. and in Spain, you know that the buying process here is vastly different! Especially for people like us with limited language skills and practically are idiots about how things are done around here! We are so grateful for her tireless work to follow up with even to the littlest details. I always thought that my work ethics are rather demanding to most of people but this team at MyGalicianHome surpasses my standard for sure! Her knowledge (if she does not know about something, she will go after it to find out!), her friendliness, and superior work ethics have definitely won my complete trust! I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a property in Galicia!
