Tuvimos la oportunidad de estar en uno de estos apartamentos. La experiencia fue espectacular en todos los sentidos: la ubicación, el estado general del apartamento, limpieza, sus comodidades y principalmente la gran calidez de su anfitriona, Sandra, quien estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Tanto para alojarnos como para asesorarnos en datos utiles para disfrutar de esta hermosa isla. No tengo dudas que volveremos y los elegiremos. 😊

MARsuites is a gem situated in the heart of old town Palma with great access to all things delightful as a visitor. Walking distance to the port, cathedral, restaurants, shopping and much more.
If your visit includes a rental car, parking is convenient as well.
The apartment manager is always available and will ensure that you have an amazing stay. The apartment itself is open spacious and larger than expected. We would return in a Heartbeat.

Das MARsuites ist mein Tipp für einen Aufenthalt in Palma.
Das Haus besteht aus 4 Apartments, die über die eigene Webseite oder Portale gebucht werden können. Wir hatten das obere der 4 Apartments. Es ist für zwei Erwachsene perfekt und die Dachterrasse ist selbst im Winter noch ein Highlight.
In den 3 wichtigsten Aspekten für Unterkünfte, würde ich jeweils die Höchstwertung geben.

1. Lage: Das Haus liegt direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt und bietet einen Blick direkt auf die Catedrale Basilica de Santa Maria de Mallorca. Alles ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Restaraunts, Bars, Cafés, Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc. pp. Und natürlich das Meer und die schöne Altstadt selbst.

2. Ausstattung: Die Apartments sind modern und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und bieten eine ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, ob es nun um die Küche oder die Technik (TV, Wifi etc) geht.

3. Service: Die Apartments werden von Sandra betreut, die wir hier noch mal besonders loben und hervorheben möchten. Sandra verbindet eine sehr persönliche Betreuung mit einem erstklassigen Service. Dabei konnte Sie uns noch viele Tipps und Hinweise geben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch mal aufgewertet haben.

Eine wunderschön Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet. Sandra ist eine super gute Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich, zuverlässig, kompetent und immer zur Stelle, wenn sie gebraucht wird. Einen besseren Standort gibt es für mich in Palma nicht. Ein grosser Pluspunkt ist der Lift, der in die Wohnung führt, da die Treppenhäuser in der Altstadt sehr eng und die Treppen steil sind.

We had a fantastic vacation at Marsuites and we would like to thank Sandra for her great hospitality. The apartment - directly next to the cathedral - has an ideal location to explore Palma. We enjoyed the short distances to do our tour of sights by just walking. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and had everything you can think of - even an orange juicer. We also enjoyed the long evenings on our little balcony by just observing the people on the street. Thanks again to Sandra for her fabulous recommendations for good food, places to visit and that she was always available for us. We’ll definitely come back!

My husband and I recently stayed in MarSuites3 for five nights. We could not have been happier with our accommodation. Due to a late flight we had a self check-in which went without a hitch. Sandra had sent us photos and explicit instructions which were very easy to follow.|The apartment is flooded with natural light and is a real ‘feel good’ space. It is beautifully appointed and we loved every minute of this our time there. The location cannot be beaten, right in the upmarket heart of the old city boasting views of the cathedral. We are already looking forward to returning.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Palma Old Town. Minutes from all the shops and restaurants, with views to the Almundaina Palace. The apartment has an excellent layout, is very clean and quiet. A relaxing place to stay yet close to all the sights of Palma. The lovely host, Sandra, could not be more helpful and going out of her way to make sure all was well without being intrusive.
