So far we have loved living in the Liberty Park property! We have had a hard time getting maintenance to come out when we call the central maintenance office to submit a work order, but whenever we are able to contact the maintenance techs directly, they come out right away. We had an issue with our faucet yesterday late afternoon, and after contacting Dwayne, him and Ed came out right away. They let us know that they’d need to come back the next day as the whole faucet needed to be replaced and they came early in the day and fixed it! Dwayne and Ed are awesome and very professional.

I lived on Andrews for about 4 years and I have to say that I really liked almost everyone that works for liberty. Everyone was kind and professional. Clifford did my pre and final move out inspections and he was very nice and made everything go smoothly. He is probably one of the best people that I have ever met in life. I think the only other person who was nicer and cooler than Cliff was their old turn inspector James Davis that left a year before. Overall I really enjoyed living there and would recommend to others.

I finally got tired of my sliding doors, getting stuck and coming off the hinges. I finally put a ticket in and technicians Edwin and Johnathan were called out.

Not only did they address issue, but they went out of their way to make sure that the problem was permanently resolved, returning to my home on multiple occasions to make sure the job was done right.

Their professionalism and quality of service was top notch! Kudos!!

We completed our final exit inspection and it was a smooth, well guided process. Any residents having issues may experience difficulties because they are not responding to the facilities and admin team. Our initial inspector, Cliff, was on time for both appointments, helped resolve concerns with mail box issues and chemical disposal questions. Please communicate with the housing team for best results, I believe their goal is cooperation!
