En este cortijo rehabilitado reina la paz, es un lugar increíble en el que encontraras el descanso absoluto. La finca no ha perdido nada de su encanto con unas habitaciones que al entrar te dejan con la boca abierta, tienen tan buen gusto como confortable. El trato del servicio es excelente y la comida aun más, toda comida es de la zona.

Una magnífica finca acoge este maravilloso hotel, son las habitaciones son todas muy bonitas, guardan su esencia pero con las comodidad actual. Mucho gusto en la decoración, un trato exquisito, entorno precioso y un comida excepcional les da un 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay (part of a Writers’ Workshop). This is not a “hotel”, but rather a beautifully restored estate in the Andalusian countryside. A sizable salt water swimming pool and lounge area leads to an outside dining area where candlelit group dinners can be enjoyed. The reality is even better than the website photos. There are interesting historical sites and wineries nearby for excursions. The owner, Charlotte, is a wonderful and interesting host.

Probably the most perfect place I've ever visited. Better than the best hotel in the world, Transierra is like having a home in the Spanish countryside where you can enjoy a tranquil, stylishly elegant holiday while not having to lift a finger. From breakfast, to lunch, to afternoon tea and to candlelit dinners, food magically appears in wonderful settings around the estate. Charlotte and her friendly staff have anticipated every whim you may have: charming rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds with starched white linen. The estate is laid out with gardens and terraces and oodles of places to sit, relax, read, swim, or do nothing. You feel like a valued guest in this stylish home.

Trasierra has become famous for being a chill and stylish “home from home” rather than a conventional|hotel. It has just reopened with a slightly different formula to before. You can rent the entire finca for a family reunion or purpose-driven activity (eg writing, art, cooking, yoga or riding). Or you can take a|room, a cottage or a house. The emphasis is now less on providing a full-service boutique hotel experience (eg with endless a la carte meals) and more on tailoring the offer to your personal needs. You may prefer to self-cater or to go out for some meals. With this in mind, the same family team have taken over the management of the Casino de Cazalla restaurant in the nearby town, where they offer both lunch and dinner. But what gives Trasierra its special flavour is that it is also a much-loved family home.

Arriving at Seville airport (via the very convenient EasyJet) my girlfriend and I were scooped up by a driver and whisked on our way toward Trasierra. Driving through the low grounds and quaint towns we steadily climbed into the hillsides overlooking Seville. An hour later, flanked by olive groves we turned off the road and in to the Trasierra estate. Greeted by Charlotte and her sweet grandchildren we were led through a small portal in the huge front gates and into a courtyard that enveloped us in Trasierra's calming and laid back atmosphere. Shown to our room by Alex we opened the door to our own little piece of heaven. Cool terracotta tiles lined the floor adding colour to the chic white walls. Beautiful antique furniture furnished the room, the center-piece a huge double bed that dwarfed my girlfriend and I. Attached to the room was a simple but perfect bathroom with his and hers sinks and a bathtub overlooked by a porthole window giving views above the rooftops and into the hills surrounding us. The windows in the main room consisted of a romeo and juliet balcony and our own wonderful terrace complete with a seating area built into the wall and a small table and chair set.||||The nicest thing about Trasierra is that it is a hotel unlike any other. Picture a trip to stay with old family friends who have a room free in their Spanish haven. Do not expect being waited on hand and foot, instead be safe in the knowledge that as soon as you want someone they will be there to help, bending over backwards to ensure your stay is a perfect as possible, again adding to the feeling you are in someones home, which indeed you are, Charlotte having raised her family there. This atmosphere pervades to the other guests who all seem to come together to share lunch, chat at the honesty bar and relax by the pool, much like houseguests getting to know each other.||||I will only say little of the food. It is delicious, unscripted and again, delicious. Whatever you do make sure you try their gazpacho!!||||Again; if you like a hotel where there is someone to stand ready over your shoulder at all hours, running and fetching for you, this is not for you. If you want a place that is relaxed, beautiful, chic, filled with interesting people, in a stunning landscape, with delicious food, comfy beds and a true escape from the world for a while then this is for you.||||To Charlotte, George, Alex and all your other wonderful staff seldom seen, THANK YOU for a perfect five days. Due to your help my soon to be wife and I cannot wait to see you next year.

Trashier ran is located outside the town of Cazalla, 5 minutes drive from the centre. The rooms are spacious, very clean and an excellent bathroom. Wifi is available in each room.||The service is very good and the food is of a very high standard and quality. Any issues or problems are resolved without fuss. I fully recommend trasierra for an special occasion such as a wedding venue.
