My family and I previously lived at Glen Haven Apartments, and I must say that our living experience there was absolutely nothing but amazing. The Office Manager Jennifer was very professional and always made her residents/tenants top priority. She was soft spoken and always listened and cared to all concerns. The smile she had when one walked into the office, it definitely brightens your day. The Maintenance staff was always on time and definitely got the job in a timely manner. I really miss you guys! KEEP UP THAT AMAZING AND PRODUCTIVE WORK!

I am writing the review for everyone but especially the Military families! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This places is disgraceful, roaches, not clean, RATS. When I moved in we had a moving company come and drop our things off when I walked in they where putting my daughters boxes down and there were roaches walking on the moving boxes, the toilet in the main bedroom didn’t work was spraying water everywhere the bath tubs are moldy in a month we had 9 complaints the exterminator was so rude he came and did Nothing!!! We had to go out of our way after the last time he came and we had to go out of our pocket to get rid of the roaches because after 5 months they had done nothing just put down traps. I want to just say this place caused me and my family so much distress and panic because I didn’t know what was going to happen next gratefully we have moved. Military families beware they do not care because they know no matter what they get paid. Please for your health and safety do not move here. We had drug users living in our storage unit, everyone here gets the car broken into, there are rats everywhere here, gangs have made it very clear they are in control here, and if you want to live here make sure your okay with car meets at 2am, glass bottles shattered everywhere from Friday to sunday, and if you complain be prepared to have the office people be rude and talk over you when you are trying to to talk to them. I wish i could take away what little stars this place has. absolutely the worst place i've ever lived. constant trash issues, horrible teams save the maintenance who are at least nice. my brother was Robbed right in front of our building by guys who the complex is letting park here overnight and they stole his car and wallet. this happened to one other lady near us who was also beat up and had her car stolen by the same guys. when we went to the office to talk about it they didn't want to hear it and told us to stop telling other people. the people who gave this place anything more than one star must be crazy. id sooner pour a bag of live roaches over my head than EVER recommend this place to someone. it should be shut down completely. Oh and did i mention i lived here for 2 years and they raised my rent from 2500 up to 2950 before i left?

Don't tell me to contact your management either. everyone at the office are terrible people and need to be fired.

This review is for Steve a new maintenance technician who has completed 2 emergency requests within the same week. His professionalism is stellar. I am very happy/satisfied with the work he has completed in our apartment. I have 6+ years residing in this community and it seems it’s tough to keep good hardworking employees.

I would also like to thank Carlos the grounds keeper who has one of the toughest job after allowing more civilians moving to the community his job has doubled and would like to recommend a raise for his outstanding work ethic in the community.

Carlos and Steve your hard-work doesn’t go un-noticed.

This is the most recent review of this place. There was a change in leadership and when I first started out trying to live here customer service and trying to get info was very bad. But Chris the new manager here is AMAZING and moved us into 2909 himself when we were driving all the way from NC and getting there right at closing time. He stayed late just to make sure my wife and I got our home. He also made sure all of our work orders were processed and done correctly. The maintenance team is also on point!!! They not only got everything done extremely quick, they did it right and the man in charge of the contractors even came by to make sure it was done right. This company has definitely came a long way in a couple months so please take reviews prior to mine with a grain of salt because they are doing everything right. From something as small as a light bulb change got fixed in a matter of hours. The only improve I can think of is their 24/7 gym could use some better equipment so you can get an all around good workout and not just cardio. Other than that this place is great and I’m happy to start living here!

For more than a year there has been issues with trash and rats at this place. Not enough places to throw away trash OR it needs to be taken every day. Trash piles up in front of the entrance to the corral leaving no room to enter, and people dump large items like mattresses with no repercussions.

This provides an excellent home for all the rats! There are nests all over the property, and you can see them running around especially when there is trash buildup. In the summertime the smell of trash and rats is simply awful. The management says that they will do things: pave over the holes, put out poison, etc; but they never get done. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

We were shown a great 'model' but our apartment looks nothing like what we were shown. It is nothing but bait and switch here. We have only been in the apartment for three weeks. Prior to us moving in, the apartment was not cleaned. It was disgusting. The previous tenants had written on the walls and they did not repaint it. The carpets were stained...food or animal urine, we may never know. The pipes leak and while maintenance came to the apartment, maintenance has not resolved the issue. It appears they did nothing. When you attempt to talk to the office staff members, they constantly transfer you, don't take your calls (or return voicemails), or the "system is down." I am horrified by the lack of care taken to the apartments in general. On the weekends, you wake up to trash and beer cans around the common areas. I do not believe this is a safe place for children. I cannot believe they attempt to move our service men and women into a place like this. Please think twice before you move into this apartment.
