Elyse came by to do our pre move out inspection. She answered all our questions and was extremely kind, helpful and professional. We had a great experience in having her in our home and explaining the move out process. She really put us at peace since we have been very stressed preparing for our move. Thank you Elyse!

All of my carpets are filled with urine. And nothing has been done yet. Family is getting sick and I'm allergic to cats. We just keep hearing it's being pushed up but never any eta. It's not livable and I can not sleep upstairs . Isn't the company on probation? Aren't yall suppose to be doing everything by the book? This house is inhabitable and my family is sick and yall are taking your sweet time. I hear the people in this house before us got kicked out and the house was filthy. There is no way a cleaner was in here . There was no way that someone has given the go to rent this house out . I've had MULTIPLE people come and take pics and get hit in the face by the urine smell. Yes we have had maintenance come and some managers and also the carpet lady to measure rooms and they all were Smacked in the face and were in shock of how this house could be given to us. DO BETTER.

I give this housing company ZERO stars. Let me just start by saying this is housing for our military and their families. I am appalled by how poorly these homes are managed and maintained. I am the mother of a soldier and I came here to visit. I grew up in the military and I can honestly say I’ve never seen such a thing. A wind storm blew through over 3 months ago and blew out one of the window panes on their sliding glass door. Which has left the remaining pane very fragile. Several work orders have been called in and they get the complete run around. There has also been mold growing in their 2 year olds bedroom. They taped up the window and haven’t been back since. This has been well over a month now. Not to mention the appliances are all very old and falling apart. The trim on floor boards aren’t even attached right so most of them are being stored in a closet. And I could go on and on. This housing company should be ashamed. And need to take better care of our military.

Honestly can't complain about our experience with housing. We lived here for 3 years in " South Navajo Village". We didn't have any major issues with our house, and the few times we did need maintenance, they were incredibly quick to respond and fix the problem. Every staff member, from maintenance to the housing office, has been extremely professional and courteous. Their prompt and efficient service made our stay here comfortable and stress-free. Clearing was also incredibly easy.

First experience living on post, and it'll be my last.
Our first house had mold growing in our walls, causing my now 3 year old to be hospitalized 3 times within the first 18 months of life. When I fought with Balfour Beatty, all they wanted to do was offer 2 months rent as compensation for my child getting sick due to their lack of caring for the homes properly, and me having to miss multiple days of work on several occasions.
Their fences are horrible as they easily get damaged. Their gates for the backyard have huge gaps where the dogs get out, but that's the dog owners problem if they do.
They expect you to store grills in the backyard with an uncovered patio. They hand out citations as they see fit, they're never consistent with those.
I've had to put up security cameras in my home due to their lack of caring and trying to turn things around on the renter... they've unplugged my cameras as well once they saw them. I've gotten on recording that there was urine in one of my floor vents at our previous house on post (both my kids were in diapers still).
Very disappointed with the "care and comfort" they claim to provide our military families.

Dont bother trying to avoid the lease termination without orders. They stated they wanted a memo since I am MED Boarding and didn’t have my orders yet. When I gave it to them, it wasn’t good enough for their liking and they sent my account to collections. They’re money hungry and don’t care whatsoever.

We have been here for 2 years. Before pcsing we were told we had a home, we signed the lease and everything. We get a call 4 HOURS from fort Carson saying offered house was “Condemned.’’ This was in their newer housing, Pawnee Village. We stayed the night at the hotel on base emailing them and calling trying to get a house. Nothing was done until we threatened to sue them and make them pay for our travel expenses. After getting a place, Cheyenne Village, we noticed a lot of small things wrong.
Summer time rolls around and we suddenly smell moisture everywhere in our house. Come to find out the crawlspace under our house floods and stays flooded 160 days out of the year. We had housing come out to take care of. They rehired us for 2 weeks and claimed to fix the problem. Their solution; ‘’spraying anti mold spray and Insulate the crawlspace.’’ Of course, that didn’t happen. Fast forward to winter; our heat went out for 3 days. The temperature inside my house was 32 °F and we have a child. His hands were turning purple from eating a bowl of cereal. The furnace seized on day 2 leaving us in the cold. Day 1 the house was circulating cold air. The fall before that my dishwasher gave out and it took 3 days to get a new one. Said new one isn’t anchored and the plug has broke and the ground plug is stuck in the outlet.
We have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. All our hot and cold air gets dumped into the bathroom (no exhaust vans btw) and our second bedroom has no air circulation. We had the vents cleaned and they said they’ve never seen anything like it and have no idea what they did when they renovated the houses to make that happen. Our venting system was broken causing all our air to go into the crawl space last summer. They had to make new pipes for it BECAUSE IT WAS A PLASTIC BAG TAPED TO THE TWO MAIN ONES THAT BRING AIR INTO THE HOUSE.
Since being in this house, not Colorado, our son has a chronic cough, postal nasal drip, and trouble breathing. He’s been to the dr about this issue 4 times. We still have over a year left here.

This is our first army base housing. We lived on a marine base and had one major mold problem that was taken care of. We’ve opened 20 or so work orders and only half have been taken care of. Most of the male workers will brush off anything the spouses have to say, or talk to us like we’re dumb. Very few of the workers actually care about their job, those are the ones that do amazing work. I thank them for their work.
Nothing is organized out here; they throw families wherever they can instead of following their rule about rank and housing. Or throw families with 0 dependents on 3 bedroom homes while they have families of 5 waiting for anything to open up.
Long story short avoid living on fort Carson unless you’re a warrant officer or higher.
Because of these issues, we will be renting off post for the rest of my husband’s career.

We are tired of fighting for half decent housing. It’s not fair for us and other families to constantly be stressed about the condition of their homes and how they affect their family. ARMY DO BETTER!!!!

The reviews speak for itself. Greedy, careless people. This company should not be handling military housing. I had a move out, and the lady claims their was $1700 worth of damages taken all the BAH as if they haven't done that for the past 3 years. Yet, at pre inspection, they will say "oh your fine with this like this." Charges stuff upwards of $300 for carpet cleaning that doesn't need it. The prices for replacement of stuff is ridiculous, leading me to believe someone is taking from the top. Don't live on post. Period. All you get in the comments is "we appreciate you" blah blah, so FIX ITT!! And the fact that you don't get a copy of your move out sheet is the most ubsurd thing. On top of that, they have 30 days from move out to add "damages" supposedly.

Go up
