Me encantó. Tenés hasta lava ropas. No le falta nada. Punto en contra, la flor de la ducha estaba rota. El resto excelente, edificio completamente nuevo y tecnológico. En en centro centro de la ciudad. Justo arriba de Zara y frente a la fuente de Passeig de Gracie. Mejor ubicación imposible. Las ventanas están debidamente insonorizadas para no escuchar a los autos de la calle

We were relocated to a 2nd apartment because a couple of things in the first place didn't work. On the 2nd day there we returned to find the apartment had been broken into and many of our things, including passports, had been stolen. We tried many times to reach Fewdays apartment but no one responded to our messages and the after hours numbers did not work. We even tried to call from the police station when filing the report.
The next day was extremely stressful. We told Fewdays that we would be at the US consulate getting new passports but they seemed annoyed later that we were unreachable. When I was able to get in touch they wanted us to come to them to discuss the incident which seemed strange. They finally agreed to come to the apartment (they were 30 minutes late) and wanted us to stick around while they installed a new lock. They said there had never been a break in and made us feel like it was more our fault, even though the DOOR WAS LOCKED when we left. We ALWAYS check, because every place is different and we always want to make sure the place is secure.
The door of the apartment is covered with signs from the company stating that it's a rental for visitors which clearly makes it a target. The building is locked from the outside, so either someone had a key, lived in the building, or was let in.
We have asked fewdays for a refund since we lost over $1,500 because of this incident. It was incredibly stressful being the victims of such a crime in a foreign country but they showed very little sympathy and have offered us nothing to make up for what we went through.
I definitely would not put my family's safety in their hands again. Do not stay in their properties when you are traveling.

Extremely shocked by the condition of the apartment, terrible customer service who is not willing to help.
Dark rooms, „Wednesday“ depressing vibes
and not to forget when you open the window in one of bedroom you have direct sight on the elevator of the house, so everyone can see you.
There is no privacy.

I booked this at 3x the price because the hotel increased their price due to an exhibition. The event was then cancelled but the hotel not only refused to cancel my reservation, but also refused to charge me the standard rate. So instead of £400 they took £1400 from me. I do not recommend this to anyone - please do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. In this day and age, a hotel that won’t be helpful in circumstances outside of your control, there are plenty of other hotels who are nicer.

This has been a very disappointing experience. ||||1) the front/main door doesn’t lock (we feel so unsafe in this apartment) unacceptable ! ||2) the safe box gets jammed when opening it up and we have to use a knife for it to open - unacceptable ! ||3) there is mold in the apartment (as there isn’t any sun that comes in!) at least a healthy accommodation should be provided ! Unacceptable ||4) the matrices are so used and old that all 4 of us woke up with a back pain - unacceptable ||5) I called the property this morning around 9:30am to complain about the state of the apartment and until now (6:30pm) no one came back to us with any reply or solution. Disregarding a customer’s concern is disrespectful and unprofessional...speaking with booking.com it was mentioned that the property management is not available to take action ...shouldn’t management be always available to cater for their customers’ needs ? if mgt is not available then why is this posted on booking.com as an acceptable accommodation? ||6) there are no closets ! How can this accommodate 4 people for several nights ?||7) how is this a 2 bedroom ? It is an underground apartment that doesn’t look at all like the pictures posted on the internet.||8) a bathroom window that doesn’t close ? With also a front door that doesn’t lock! Anyone can come in our apartment!!! This is an unsafe place for us and Our 2 children.||9) no place for any air to come in....we are opening the front door to let some air go in!

Was stollen while staying at this establishment with a family of two children. Try to reassure kids that have seen important things being stolen from them let alone their privacy. The best they can do to help us is to tell us that we go and see the police. Sounds great at 12:00 am in the morning or even at 10:00 pm. I had to figure out on my own I needed to call the police to pass by let alone reassure everyone that we can stay there an extra night. Sorry, but this is unacceptable.

Major construction was going on right below our rented apartment from FewDays Barcelona. Paseo de Gracia 16. So, from 7am to 8pm was constant banging and drilling which would rattle the floor- no exaggeration here. If they would’ve only warned me of this I wouldn’t have had to write this review. It was their complete indifference of the matter that was most maddening. Look for my review on Booking as well.

Great central location. Good ac, too good sometimes. Stayed there with 12 people and as long as you don't mind being cozy when sleeping it's fine. Plenty of room for privacy though too as needed.
