If you want to buy a house in Ibiza you can not find a better help! Bettina is very professional, competent, well connected and also patient.
Whitout her help everithing would be very hard. Whit her german severity she gives to all involved parties the right rithm to reach the goal fast and smoothly. I really recomend Bettina Lorenz!

If it weren't for Bettina and her outstanding service, we wouldn't be the owners of our house on Ibiza. Even though we have lived in Spain, purchased property there before, and are both fluent in Spanish, there is simply now substitute for her knowledge of the mortgage market, relationships with banks, and breadth of expertise related to property transactions. Her responsiveness and reliability are at the same high level as her expertise. Clear terms and 100% delivery. Can't recommend Bettina and Balearic Mortgage Services enough. Even if you think you don't need her, trust me, you do!

Well, I can only confirm the previous reviews. Working with Bettina was a great pleasure. In our case (we are from Poland), going through the loan procedure was not as easy as for other EU countries. Bettina supported us in the whole process and thanks to that we are the owners of properties in Ibiza :). Once again, we highly recommend working with Bettina.

I signed up with Bettina as my mortgage service provider, when buying a house in Ibiza during the Summer of 2021. I would recommend her very highly (6* if I could!). First, her fee structure is very clear and transparent - no hidden charges. Second, her service is very good value in my opinion (I really doubt I could have navigated the Spanish mortgage process without her). Third, the mortgage process is quite administration-heavy, but Bettina made every step crystal clear. Fourth, the mortgage offers (from the different banks) are all very different (fixed vs variable, upfront fees, fixed rate for 2yrs, loan-to-value etc) but she explains the pros and cons of each one very simply. I also felt she is very neutral / independent of the banks (rather than chose her favorite / default bank, she chooses what is best for you). Last, and perhaps most importantly, she was a pleasure to deal with - friendly, warm, efficient, always timely / quick. responses.

Frau Lorenz von Balearic Mortgage Service half mir bei einer Finanzierung für eine spanische Immobilie! Sie war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und kompetent. Durch ihre guten Kontakte zu den Banken und dass sie fließend deutsch, englisch und spanisch spricht haben wir unser Ziel erreicht. Ich hätte es alleine nicht geschafft, denn eine Finanzierung in Spanien ist schwieriger als in Deutschland!
