I was checking out properties with the team here at Del Mar Real Estate and all I can say is that their team went above and beyond, when sh#$t hit the fan. Long story short, my car got towed along with another group of travelers and Brian the agent there could have easily just left us on our own to figure out how to get our cars back. But because of Brian and his team's persistence we were able to get our cars back. If it wasn't for Brian and Jose, it would have taken us days to get our cars back.

As a renter of an apartment in Rosarito, I am very disappointed with this service, they didn’t tell me about all their fees upfront, and when my renter went missing, before the 6th month term was over, they simply stopped answering my messages. Complete rip off, I will not hire them again to rent my apartment. Honestly I’m better off alone renting my place, and will save lots of money and time.

The response from delmar realty is not correct, what last month? The apartment was rented for 400 a month, I have only received 880 TOTAL at the beginning 100 rent for first month because of your 200 fee, and deposit 400, because 100 was taken to purchase a refrigerator for my apartment without my permission mind you, I was not told i would be charged the 20 dollars until the last moment, for the next month, which was 380, initially I was told that there was no problem depositing in California, no fee was mentioned, I even offered to give and gave my account number for a bank in mexico, Santander. I understand that he is missing and that isn’t your fault but I was told that I would be found an honest responsable renter, with references, it is also untrue that my messages are answered promptly, I have proof of that. I normally am not a person to rant and complain about this but I feel that the response is unfair because it is untrue. I just want the contract to be over in January to go in my apartment change the locks and rent on my own, I can go on but I will not go back and forth, I just felt the need to be truthful. And as of the question of what number, I have Jose Luis number who is who I have always contacted, please stop being deceitful. Thank you!
