I had the opportunity to work in the leasing office during the lease-up phase following the building's remodel. The staff and owners are truly top-notch—some of the best in the industry. They genuinely care about both the building and their tenants, and the quality of the renovation reflects that dedication. It was refreshing, as someone in the business, to witness their commitment to doing things right without cutting corners.

This place is horrible. Unregulated, racist, incomplete, unwelcoming, and a building is built in front of it so it always dark. The landlords are dodgy and shifty. The residents have to form a group chat to get things done because the landlords never are seen to help and avoid obligations at all costs. There’s an entire Kent avenue, don’t choose this Kent avenue building. And they’ll delete the bad comments, hence why there’s only 3 comments outside of this one.

The apartment itself is beautiful but wow, what a wildly unpleasant doorwoman. I can’t imagine wanting to live somewhere when that is how you are greeted.
