Highly recommend moving on base. The process was so smooth, and everyone worked hard to make sure I was accommodated by the date I needed. In particular, Ebony and Jacqueline (sorry if I butchered the spelling) deserve a shout out for always being available and friendly. You would think with the numerous calls and questions I had they would lose a little patience, but they were always quick to get back with me and explain everything. Couldn't have asked for better people to work with!

Rashad is the BEST!!! He took me and my family through the whole process - any questions we had, he had an answer. He is great at his job and just so welcoming and personable. He has become a part of our family through this process! I cannot thank him enough. Rashida is also a LIFE SAVER! She went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated and happy. We love them like family. Nicole greeted us with a warm smile and made everything better ❤️ we love this team

Pablo was excellent!! He fixed 3 electric outlets and our toilet that only flushed one square of toilet paper at a time! I would have given 5 stars but was frustrated because they showed up a day later than expected. They called the wrong number so I had no idea they were not coming and waited all day yesterday. But it was worth the wait.

The leasing staff and the staff at the housing office are simply superb. Completely professional and met all of our needs! My family is very happy in our home and more happy with the staff of the Villages!

My experience at the housing office was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly right from the moment I walked in. They patiently listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain the entire housing/waitlist process in detail. I was impressed by how efficiently they managed everything, as I was offered a suitable home promptly, considering my arrival date. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, thanks to their professionalism and helpfulness.

I want to give a special shout out to Rashad and Rasheeda (I think I spelled her name correct). Most of my communication was with them and they were both amazing. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and returned my phone calls in a timely manner.

Every units had mice in the walls and running through the home at night ! The company that cuts the grass is so damn stupid and don’t know what they are doing…..I spoke to Danielle at Woodlawn who was rude as hell and unpleasant over the phone and in person when asking about the process to vacate the property. Jackline was reached out after hearing the conversation and further assisted me to make sure I understood which I didn’t until I spoke to her . She was always kind and nice. I would pay another 3360.00 to live here and live like that with mold and mice… my wife was a resident while I was stationed overseas and we were dual military so miss me with the bull crap please. Yall took all of her BAH even when she got promoted yall are a scam company and no one should move there it’s not worth the money . I don’t need to call anyone as I have addressed my concern with the garrison

Pablo went above and beyond regarding a few work orders I had previously put in. He was trying to reach out to me about our dishwasher arriving to check if someone was in our home so it could get installed and I accidentally didn’t answer my phone. He still showed up just in case someone was home and I am SO glad he did!! Because now I have a working dishwasher!
I also briefly explained to Pablo that I had put a work order this past Tuesday for my sink and someone was supposed to come fix it on Wednesday, but no one showed up. He took matters into his own hands and once again went above and beyond to take the time to fix that as well.
So thankful for both Pablo’s initiative and for Jeff’s availability to help him. They both did a fantastic job working together! I would love for them both to be recognized for their amazing job. They are both a great representation of the maintenance crew.
