Less than a year ago, my house appraised for 160,000. This year when trifecta appraised it, they appraised it as a mobile home, it was very hot the day it was appraised and they seemed like they didn't want to mess with it. Long story short, their appraisal of my house was 45,000 dollars less than it was a year ago. Which is not even possible. Do not ever have these people appraise your house. They took the money and ran.

If I had the option of giving these people no stars I would. When the office is in Mayfield and you live in their apartments in Paducah, its a waste of time. They should get SLUMLORD OF THE YEAR AWARD!!!! If you ask to get something fixed, they never show up or give the excuse that their maintenance is on vacation. Not too long ago, someone I know moved into another apartment of theirs and the roof collapsed on one of the tenants heads and the only way that they fixed it was after the news had it on TV and then lied and said that the people living there never called and said anything was wrong. I know on numerous occasions the tenants had called complaining and nothing was ever done. NEVER RENT FROM THEM! ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAN ON LIVING IN PADUCAH.
