They loose paperwork. They fine you for not putting the trash cans inside the garage. They make you pay for the grass if it dies!!!! They wanted us to resod the yard When moving into the they didn't have the septic hooked and wanted us to pay to hook it up. When we refused they said take the cap off and let it run in the yard. Then the . microwave wouldn't work and they wanted us to fix that we said no because the house was only open for 3 days and was still new and never lived in. So the electrician said it's a good thing he came out and said the plug was arcing so it was a good thing he came out. They also try to say we ever received paperwork trying to squeeze more money out of you here is some examples. They were sent photos showing the trash cans had been moved, they were sent photos of the yard being fixed which we decide to put down grass seed topsoil and water they also said they didn't receive the notice to vacate and we had a copy that in our email so they were trying to stick us with staying in the house longer which was not going to happen with all the issues we've had with this place. The rent is very expensive over two grand a month to live in these places so you better be having some serious cash flow coming in! And I don't think we spoke to one person that speaks perfect English most of them are eastern Indiana or whatever native tongue they can find except for people to speak fluent clear English!!!! If you decide to live here just know that this review warns you about the horrible service and the lack of compassion and they show their tenants!! Also if you have issues please remember keep copies of any emails Make a special folder and label it whatever like we labeled ours southern breeze loop. FirstKey Homes has been the worse rental experience of my life. They don't care about the tenants or the conditions of the home. If you need customer service or maintenance help good luck getting someone in the USA that understands what you are saying. Also good luck getting help, they take weeks to months to respond to requests, literally over a month dealing with the same issue. Please save yourself time, money and aggravation and do no rent from them.
